Tommy is a practicum student in his final year at Plymouth State University working towards his M.S. in CMHC with a concentration in eating disorders. His other areas of clinical interest include ADHD, social anxiety, and phobias.

Tommy believes that mental health is just as important as physical health and, as such, it deserves the same amount of respect and attention. As a counselor, Tommy is dedicated to ensuring that his clients feel safe to discuss and process any thoughts, feelings, and life events that they need with him. It is his goal to help clients feel empowered to meet whatever goals are set during sessions as well as learn new coping skills to aid them when their sessions are finished.
