Lauren is currently a Masters in Counseling student at Northwestern University. After working in healthcare and special education, she became interested in mental health and counseling. While Lauren is excited to work with a broad range of clients, she has special interests in relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and women's issues.

Lauren is trained in a psychodynamic framework, which emphasizes gaining a better understanding of the unconscious mind to alleviate symptoms. She is a firm believer in the power of the therapeutic relationship and utilizes a client-centered approach to empower clients to achieve their goals and improve their well-being.
