Liz is genuinely interested in the lives of her clients. She enjoys helping clients identify areas they would like to change, and then works with them on how to bring about those changes. Liz
believes it is important for therapists to know what brings meaning to clients' lives, and to help them foster a sense of purpose and connection. She enjoys supporting clients through
challenges, and guiding them as they push through anxiety, strengthen relationships, and let go of behaviors that no longer serve them.
Liz comes to Counseling Associates with a background in public health and mental health writing. She has experience in topics related to the arts, athletics, and the military. She takes a
person-centered approach and now works primarily with adults.
