Katie Neff,
LCMHC

(she/her)

The most important thing I value with my clients' is the relationship that we build. I foster a comfortable, secure environment that allows clients to have the freedom to guide their own session. I come from a person centered approach using a combination of modalities such as CBT, DBT skills, mindfulness, and strengths -based skiIls.

In addition to individual work, I facilitate a DBT skills group for Teens which allows them to learn coping skills related to distress tolerance, emotion regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.
