Anna is a LCMHC Candidate at Counseling Associates. Anna brings experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in a variety of settings including outpatient,
residential, and wilderness. Her areas of specialty include anxiety, OCD, and depression.
Anna utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Anna is also a
certified yoga instructor and enjoys integrating the mind/body connection with her clients.
