• Chronic Conditions Support Group

  • Discover a path to greater well-being through our mindfulness-based group therapy. This comprehensive program is grounded in biopsychosocial and polyvagal theory, offering a holistic understanding of health. You'll learn coping mechanisms and emotional regulation techniques derived from Polyvagal theory, Pain Reprocessing therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This 90-minute, weekly telehealth group will help you better understand and manage your body's stress responses. The group format provides invaluable peer support, creating a safe and empowering space for shared growth and healing.
