Carlene is passionate about supporting and creating a safe environment for individuals to connect to and explore their thoughts and emotions. To help individualsfind connections between their body and mind and make meaningful change, Carlene blends aspects of somatic, trauma-focused, and solution-focused therapy.

As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor intern, Carlene brings a unique mix of clinical expertise and experience. Having served as a paramedic for over 11 years, she has gained a deep understanding of the psychological and physical challenges faced by trauma survivors. Her passion for helping others has led her to enjoyworking with traumatized individuals, individuals in chronic pain, and those experiencing mental health problems.
