I have been a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner for 20 years and working in healthcare for over 30 years. Ive worked in outpatient psychiatry and private practice
with clients of all ages and community mental health working with children, adolescents and young adults.
I especially enjoy working with children, adolescents young adults and collaborating with families, schools, colleges and pediatricians. I strive to provide a comprehensive plan of care for
clients which addresses consideration of medication evaluation and management, yet also the importance of nutritional health, exercise, quality sleep,support networks and finding areas of joy in life.
