My therapy and assessment approach is conducted through a social justice lens. I greatly enjoy working with minority and/or oppressed and/or "unique" individuals, vegans
(and other ethical life choices), athletes/musicians/performance anxiety, social anxiety, sizeism/discrimination related to body size or shape, eating disorders, body dysmorphia,
low SES, LQBTQIA+, targets of bullying/violence/discrimination, grief/loss, addiction, depression, low energy/motivation, feelings of isolation/being trapped/not belonging, toxic/abusive
relationships, and last but not least, people experiencing schizophrenia.
