I see you, I hear you. You don't have to go through this alone. I strive to provide a space where clients feel safe enough to explore their feelings and obstacles in life. Regardless of where they are emotionally, I am eager to hold space for them. I use aneclectic approach with my clients. Many of my interventions are relational based, with the goal of identifying and changing dysfunctional patterns and promoting healthy relationships in the present and in the future.

Additionally, I utilize trauma-informedmethods, such as EMDR, somatic practices, and inner child work. I am slow in easing my clients into trauma work, ensuring that we have a solid foundation of coping skills (i.e. distress tolerance, mindfulness-based strategies, grounding skills, and visualizationtechniques) first. I have four years of experience working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, chemical dependency, suicidal ideation, and sexual/love addiction. During our first individual session, my goal is to collaboratewith clients in identifying goals they would like to accomplish in therapy and getting to know each other, as I believe trust to be the most important part of the therapeutic relationship.
