My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that we are all, in essence, walking each other home. This beautiful quote by Ram Dass reminds me that life's journey is about connection, compassion, and the shared experience of being human. My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you in your own unique journey — offering a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I use an eclectic approach with my clients. Many of my interventions are relational-based, with the goal of identifying and changing dysfunctional patterns and promoting healthy relationships in the present and in the future.

Additionally, I utilize trauma-informed methods, such as EMDR, somatic practices, and inner child work. I am slow in easing my clients into trauma work, ensuring that we have cultivated enough safety and coping skills to approach the depth of this work.

I have four years of experience working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, chemical dependency, suicidal ideation, and sexual/love addiction. During our first individual session, my goal is to collaborate with clients in identifying goals they would like to accomplish in therapy and getting to know each other, as I believe trust to be the most important part of the therapeutic relationship.
