Marianne has worked in the behavioral health field for over ten years and serves at Counseling Associates as a clinical supervisor. Marianne is deeply invested in her work with the social work professionals she supervises and in the Counseling Associates training program.

Marianne's therapeutic approach is evidence-based — built on a strengths-based, person-centered foundation. She quickly establishes rapport with her clients by listening carefully, respecting their needs and meeting client where they are at. Marianne brings this same lens to partner with each individual supervisee in developing skills and drawing on their unique strengths as social workers.
