Michelle is a compassionate therapist-in-training currently pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Merrimack College. With a background inpsychology and mathematics from Dartmouth College, she combines a thoughtful, evidence-based approach with deep empathy to help individuals navigatepersonal challenges.

Outside of traditional therapy settings, Michelle has spent over a decade helping families navigate traditional, homeschool, and blended educational environments.She has a proven track record of assisting individuals with a wide range of needs including autism, ADHD, and other special education challenges. Her approach totherapy is grounded in collaboration and respect, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of her clients. She is passionate about creating a safe andsupportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
