Kasey Graben, LICSW

Clinical Director of Hattiesburg Group Program Coordinator Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (she/her/hers)

Kasey Graben, LICSW (she/her) is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker providing in-person and telehealth therapy services across Mississippi, New Hampshire, and Vermont. She specializes in self-compassion work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and helping clients build healthier boundaries and communication skills to improve interpersonal relationships. With each session, Kasey aims to create a collaborative space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, process emotional challenges, and grow in meaningful ways. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is built on trust, curiosity, and respect—and that healing happens when clients feel truly seen, supported, and challenged. Her preferred approaches include psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. She appreciates the use of media (music, movies, and memes, oh my!) to enhance the therapy experience. She is also passionate about group therapy and serves as the Groups Program Coordinator for Counseling Associates. With a systems-informed lens and a warm, down-to-earth approach, Kasey sees herself as a co-pilot in each client’s journey toward greater self-understanding and lasting well-being.

“The act of revealing oneself fully to another and still being accepted may be the major vehicle of therapeutic help.” – Irvin D. Yalom
