Jamie Love is an LMHC intern at Counseling Associates Upper Valley office. Her therapeutic approach integrates various modalities, including HeartMath, solutions-focused therapy, mindfulness, somatic therapy, IFS therapy, art therapy, nature therapy, strengths-based therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), offering clients a comprehensive and personalized path to well-being.

Currently pursuing her Master's Degree as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Jamie is set to graduate in Spring 2025. She is committed to supporting individuals through life's challenges by encouraging candid introspection to foster self-discovery and resilience.
