
Jamie Love is an LMHC intern at both Counseling Associates Upper Valley and New London offices. Her therapeutic approach integrates various modalities, including HeartMath, solutions-focused therapy, mindfulness, somatic therapy, IFS therapy, art therapy, nature therapy, strengths-based therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), offering clients a comprehensive and personalized path to well-being. Currently pursuing her Master’s Degree as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Jamie is set to graduate in Spring 2026.
