Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Areas of Specialty :
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Anxiety
  • Relationship issues

Client Focus:
  • Teens
  • Adults

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker practicing in both Vermont and New Hampshire. I serve adolescents, adults, families, and couples working from a trauma informed, strengths-based, solution-oriented framework.

I believe that it is important that all client experiences be respected. I am committed to provide a safe space where clients feel they can be vulnerable and curious.

Through our work together you will experience validation while also being appropriately encouraged to explore different perspectives. We will identify thoughts and feelings to better understand how they influence behaviors and decision-making. We will strengthen existing skills while also identifying and practicing new ones.

Together we will collaborate through the therapeutic process to promote positive change to transform emotional and behavioral patterns and increase a sense of confidence and well-being in daily life.
