Justine Fahey is a licensed clinical mental health counselor. Her approach emphasizes collaboration and partnership between counselor and client. She partners with clients to help navigate a wide range of life concerns and works together to develop coping strategies and shift non-productive thought processes. Justine's theoretical orientation draws from several approaches including person-centered, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), mindfulness and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Additionally, Justine draws from twenty years experience as a yoga instructor to increase clients' mind-body awareness.

Justine works with adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, relationships and healthy boundaries. Justine holds a BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business and a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University.
