Jennifer has been working in the field of mental health since 2019. She believes strongly in the value of the therapeutic relationship and strives to create an environment where clients can feel safe and supported. Jennifer has extensive experience supporting adults and youths with substance abuse disorders. She has experience supporting adults and youths navigate diversion and complete requirements to be successful in those programs.

Jennifer believes that self-exploration and growth are very valuable to clients, and she enjoys supporting individuals in creating healthy and positive goals for themselves. Jennifer's therapeutic approach is primarily person centered, but she will also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing skills to help connect and support clients.
