Hannah is a Master's level Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Plymouth State University with a concentration in Play Therapy. She is passionate about creating a safe, creative and supportive space for clients to express themselves, explore challenges and cultivate personal growth. She believes that play can be a powerful tool throughout all stages of life but is essential for children to work through tough emotions. Hannah feels that everyone has the inherent ability to change and heal, she works collaboratively with clients to reach and accomplish goals.

Hannah utilizes a strength-based and person-centered approach incorporating play therapy, expressive therapy, sand tray, mindfulness, curiosity and a variety of other techniques. She enjoys working with children, teens and young adults, tailoring her approach to the needs of the individual to find meaning and empowerment. Hannah also finds fulfillment working with parents to help them understand their children's behavior and how they can best support them in navigating life with confidence.
