My name is Felicia Jackson, a dedicated Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern with a decade of experience in the field. Throughout my journey, I have developed a deep passion for supporting individuals through their most challenging times, focusing on areas that include faith-based topics, complex trauma, foster care/adoption/cps topics, PTSD, suicidality, and couples' issues. My commitment to fostering resilience and healing in others has guided my professional path, and I am continually inspired by the strength of those I work with.

Having spent the last ten years immersed in the mental health field, I have cultivated a comprehensive understanding of the various complexities that individuals face. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, ensuring that I create a safe and supportive environment for my clients. I believe that acknowledging and understanding one's history is crucial in the healing process, particularly for those grappling with the effects of trauma. By employing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I aim to equip my clients with the tools they need to navigate their challenges effectively.

In my work with couples, I strive to facilitate open communication and strengthen relationships while addressing underlying issues that may cause distress. I recognize that every couple has a unique story, and my goal is to guide them as they navigate their journey toward mutual understanding and growth.

I believe that lasting change is possible, and I am dedicated to walking alongside those who are ready to embark on their healing journey. I am honored to be a part of your path and look forward to making a positive impact in your life.
