I am a pre-licensed professional working towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). I am working under the supervision of a licensed clinician. Prior to joining the Counseling Associates team, I worked at a college counseling center and supported students with a wide variety of presenting concerns.

In my work with clients, I strive to develop a strong working relationship where they feel safe to discuss their values, goals, and concerns. I aim to highlight clients' strengths and develop treatment goals collaboratively. I'm passionate about supporting clients as they explore new ways of conceptualizing and coping with life's challenges. My approach is based in Person-Centered theory and frequently incorporates elements of Existential theory. I often utilize interventions from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
