I am a practicum student pursuing my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Plymouth State University. With a background in caregiving and elementary education, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Child Development, I have developed a strong passion for supporting young people. While I have a particular interest in helping youth navigate their lives and relationships, I am excited to gain experience supporting various populations work toward their goals. My intent is to empower clients to build self-awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and foster a strong sense of self-efficacy.

I believe in using a strengths-based approach that focuses on each individual's unique abilities and potential. Through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and ultimately thrive.
