Alyssa utilizes a integrative and holistic approach to therapy taking into account the whole person; their mental, emotional, physical health, their relationships, spirituality, and their environment. Alyssa incorporates modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, somatic interventions, ecotherapy,nutrition, and more to support clients in feeling more embodied, connected, and empowered to make the changes necessary to improve their well being. Alyssa brings warmth and compassion to each session and offers a collaborative, strengths-based approach. She is invested in helping clients cope with life transitionsand supporting them as they grow from their experiences.

Alyssa specializes in working with those experiencing perinatal/postpartum mental health concerns, reproductive health concerns, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, climate anxiety, trauma, grief and loss. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire and works with adults individually and in groups.
