Anna is a Master's-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling Student at Plymouth State University with concentrations in eating disorders and addictions in teens and adults. Anna's areas of interest are anxiety, depression, grief, navigating life transitions, adoption, and family dynamics.
Anna grounds her approach in cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based techniques. Anna is building her own toolbox of resources that will best support the client as they navigate through their therapeutic journey.
