Ashley has worked in both an inpatient and outpatient setting with people ranging in age from 8 to 81 in individual, group, and family sessions. She has worked in community mental health connecting community clients with resources and better understanding the various social systems that impact overall well-being. Ashley currently provides services to teenagers and adults.

Ashley strives to create an LGBTQIA+ and gender affirming safe space where every person who enters feels greeted with kindness, compassion, and support. Ashley has worked with many people facing many different obstacles in life, such as suicidal/homicidal ideations, psychosis, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship discord, religious distress, and chemical dependency. In an effort to meet clients' needs, she integrates aspects of several therapeutic treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). In order to most effectively grow, Ashley encourages and assists with self-exploration, self-forgiveness, and self-acceptance. During our first individual session, the goal is to begin building the foundation of a therapeutic relationship by getting to know one another and collaboratively establishing goals for our time together.
