• Exploring Racial Identity

  • This group will provide a safe space for the group members to process cross-cultural adaptation and to explore their racial identity.

Members with multicultural and multi-background may experience similar struggles (e.g., struggle between different culture values, guilt for being Americanized, living up to family's expectation, etc.). By sharing and hearing their experiences, members may be empowered to explore more of their own baggage of being people of color.

This group will also provide psychoeducation on coping and self-care skills to decrease triggers during the exploration.
  • Thursdays 1:15 - 2:15pm

  • Beginning soon in 2023

  • Sessions will be conducted via Zoom

Facilitator(s): Yu-Wei Wang, MFT Candidate
