Patience Ashey works with individuals of all ages and she has a strong interest in supporting children and adolescents. She has experience working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, life-transitions, and loss.

Patience brings compassion and empathy to sessions in order to create a safe space for clients to explore emotions. She uses a strengths-based approach to build relationships and foster positive growth and healing. Patience pulls from a number of therapeutic approaches including the ARC (Attachment, Regulation and Competency) model for treating children with trauma, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).
