Eric is a candidate for a Masters in Social Work, currently working on completing his last year at the University of New Hampshire. He has joined Counseling Associates in 2019 as an intern, working on the integrative care initiative with Valley Regional Hospital.

Eric has experience working with adults in group and individual settings. His past experiences include working on the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, in a residential substance use treatment facility and working individually with client’s in a community mental health facility. Eric uses a client-centered approach, utilizing principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Mindfulness is an important concept incorporated in Eric’s practice to help bring more awareness of individual thoughts and emotions.
