Ashley works with individuals of all ages with an emphasis on working with adolescents and families. Ashley specializes in treating mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and eating disorders.

Ashley strives to create an atmosphere that invites clients to be their unique selves, explore their thoughts and feelings, and enhance insight in order to shape individual goals. She brings clinical awareness and a passion for helping individuals to every session. Ashley partners with her clients to explore their experiences and challenges and identify and utilize their strengths in order to overcome barriers, and work to create meaningful change.

Ashley has developed her clinical knowledge through working in community mental health, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient settings.
