Ashley Benes, CMHC Intern

(she/her/hers)

Ashley believes that meaningful, lasting change happens when we focus on the whole person rather than a single struggle. She is committed to meeting each client where they are and building a collaborative therapeutic relationship grounded in compassion, respect, and trust. Together with her clients, Ashley works to identify strengths, navigate challenges, and create goals that reflect what matters most to them. When appropriate, she incorporates nature-based therapy to support healing, foster connection, and empower clients throughout their journey.
