Sarah believes that people benefit enormously simply from the experience of being fully seen, fully heard, and fully understood. She believes that by taking an honest look at one's life, people can start to make choices concerning how to live their best lives. She welcomes people to come and share their journey's with her.

Sarah uses an eclectic approach that seeks to directly meet the individual and their needs and draws from multiple therapy approaches in order to select the best treatment for the individual in counseling.

Sarah currently attends New England College and is a Master's level intern in the field of Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
