Phoebe Manchester is a clinical mental health counselor who has extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults with anxiety, depression, and OCD. Phoebe also has experience working with social anxiety, academic anxiety, perfectionism, and procrastination.
An Upper Valley native, Phoebe is a graduate of both Hanover High School and Dartmouth College. A former college athlete, Phoebe spent several years as an athletic coach and has experience working with collegiate and high school athletes on both physical and mental performance.
Phoebe was trained in cognitive behavioral therapy at the Beck Institute in Philadelphia and utilizes CBT, including exposure and response prevention, as well as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in her practice.
