I have my masters of science in clinical mental health counseling from New England College. The most important thing I value with my clients' is the relationship that we build. I foster a comfortable, secure environment that allows clients to have the freedom to guide their own session.

I come from a person centered approach. I use a combination of modalities such as CBT, DBT skills, mindfulness, and strengths -based skiIls. I have experience working with teens and young adults. I have worked with mostly anxiety and depression diagnoses. I also run a teen DBT skills group for teens which allows teens to learn coping skills related to distress tolerance, emotion regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectivness.
