I have been practicing in the counseling field for over 3 years. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, parents and families. My goal is to help my clients develop the
skills needed to live happier and more balanced lives.
I bring compassion, and empathy with individuals of all ages. I have a strong interest in supporting adults. I have experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral concerns, bullying issues, separation and divorce, anxiety, depression, peer relationships, anger management, self-esteem and stress management.
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for my work with clients. I have a special heart for helping people work out the challenges and develop the skills needed to have more clarity in their lives.
