I graduated from the University of New Hampshire with my Master's of Social Work and a Master's Level Certificate in Trauma-Informed Policy and Practice. I have experience working with children and families who are experiencing a wide variety of psycho social stressors in the home, school, and medical settings. I have special interest in the treatment of trauma, relationship issues, parenting, self-esteem, and shame across the lifespan.

I strive to utilize a strengths based approach that values clients as collaborative partners in their treatment with respect to their lived experience and inherent ability to grow and heal. I practice from a holistic perspective with careful consideration to each client's relationship with themselves, others, and their environments. With this holistic view in mind, I use an eclectic, individualized treatment approach drawing from areas like attachment theory, neuroscience, and trauma informed practices. We often arrive at therapy carrying a heavy burden and it is my priority to create a therapeutic space that feels comfortable and safe to work through that while infusing a little bit of humor and creativity along the way.
