Brittany practices from a strengths-based approach and works primarily with children, adolescents, and families to explore what is already working and how to keep moving along that path in a healthy way. Brittany specializes in treating anxiety, school issues, relationships, and family conflict. Additionally, Brittany works as a school-based clinician where she runs small groups, provides consultation to staff, and works individually with children.

Brittany partners with clients to use humor, play, and wellness to explore current and potential coping skills from a solution-focused lens. She is trained in the Circle of Security program, MATCH, and a play-based approach to therapy. Brittany believes that a holistic lens that includes play and movement in counseling is integral to our wellness and self-care.

Brittany has developed her clinical knowledge through working in community mental health, private, public, and alternative schools, child and adult inpatient programs, and outpatient settings.
