I am a Master's of Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at New England College. I have worked in residential treatment for adolescent anxiety, OCD, and depression for three years, gaining experience in crisis management, CBT, ACT, and exposure therapy. I believe a strengths-based approach is valuable in promoting clients' well-being, self-understanding, and positive interpersonal relationships.
