Anna has a master's degree in Art therapy and Counseling from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Anna is a Candidate for Licensure with Counseling Associates and is working towards their Independent License of Clinical Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire.

Anna has experience leading art therapy groups in inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and with older adults experiencing memory challenges. In addition, Anna has experience doing group and individual therapy with teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Anna comes to Counseling Associates from community mental health, working with individuals experiencing severe and chronic mental health challenges and facilitating Dialectical Behavioral Therapy groups.

Anna practices both traditional talk therapy and art therapy. Anna is passionate about a strengths-based approach to therapy and working with clients to cocreate a non-judgemental and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Anna's ultimate goal is to work with clients to explore their challenges from a place of gentleness, openness, and creativity.
