Alicia strives to create a safe and supportive space that allows clients to explore thoughts, feelings, and what wellness means for them. She uses a collaborative and strengths-based approach to counseling, and believes we all have the capacity to make positive changes if given the support we need.
Alicia offers talk therapy, expressive arts therapies, and mindfulness-based practices to help clients help themselves. Areas of focus include supporting those who face such challenges as grief and loss (due to death, divorce, empty nest), stress, anxiety, depression, and life and job transitions. She also helps clients better understand what they want, how to get unstuck, and how to reach mental, emotional, and physical goals.
Alicia believes that clients are the experts in their own lives. Her passion is to help clients find their own answers, take steps to create the life they want, and reach their potential in all aspects of life.
