Monica is a Licensed Master Social Worker who prioritizes building relationships with her clients based on trust, safety, and compassion — key elements for healing and hope. She recognizes that you are the expert of your own life and is passionate about assisting you in identifying your internal strengths to help you process and overcome difficult emotions, events, and relationships.

Monica uses diverse therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Somatic Experiencing (SE), as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to inform her person-centered approach. She works with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic stress, trauma, and relational conflicts. Monica also specializes in embodiment techniques and uses a holistic approach to find deeper healing and openness.
