Judy is an experienced clinician who has been in practice for multiple decades. She has worked in a variety of settings (hospitals, schools, colleges, outpatient clinics) both in the United Sates and overseas. She continues to learn andgrow through her work. She has worked with children, teens, college students, adults, families and elders.

Judy has a respectful strengths-based approach to her work. She has extensive experience working with people experiencing life transitions, substance use issues, career challenges, trauma, divorce, and family struggles. She is trained intrauma informed care and has been practicing EMDR for 4 years both in person and remotely.

Judy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping others to recognize their unique gifts. She draws on a broad range of approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Client-Centered Therapy,Psycho-dynamic therapy, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and other therapeutic modalities to meet the needs of her client. The way she works with clients is collaborative, respectful, interactive with a deep belief that with support people can make changes to improvetheir lives.
