Jen is a passionate psychotherapist who sees it as a privilege to partner with clients along their journeys towards healing and wellbeing. She holds a BA in Developmental Psychology and MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her experience extends from working with both adults, adolescents, and families in out-patient, intensive in-patient, and educational settings.

Jen brings an exceptional level of care and commitment to her clients using a culturally responsive and trauma informed approach. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Jen also brings her experience as a yoga and mindfulness educator into her practice through helping clients to build insight, improve communication, and solidify coping skills to manage life's stressors.
