
India Diggs is a licensed clinical mental health counselor whose work is grounded in a human-centered and culturally responsive approach. As a clinician, she is passionate about providing direct care—primarily working with adult women navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and challenges related to empowerment and self-worth.
In addition to her clinical work, India serves as Clinical Director of the Access & Coordination Program, where she leads efforts to ensure individuals are connected to the appropriate level of care in a timely and thoughtful manner. As Clinical Manager of the Concord location, she also provides collaborative leadership and support to the office team, helping to integrate intern onboarding, clinical quality, and program cohesion.
