Yu-Wei is an LMFT Candidate at Counseling Associates. She previously has interned at the Family Institute at Northwestern University where she provided care for children, adults, couples, and family. Yu-Wei is skilled in working collaborating with clients and providing therapy from a non-judgemental and open stance. She was trained under a systemic and integrative framework that allows her to tailor treatment plans for clients with different backgrounds and concerns. Being born and raised in Taiwan, Yu-Wei administers therapy to clients with different cultural backgrounds and provides therapy in all English, Mandarin(Chinese), and Taiwanese.

While Yu-Wei serves a full range of clients, she has special interests in working with individuals and families who have experienced attachment injuries (e.g., trust issues, abandonment,) low self-esteem and self-image, relationship issues, and emotional disturbance.
